Welcome to Northwoods Warranty LLC We are a full service warranty administration service for new car dealerships. We will process your warranty claims, correct errored claims and provide complete reports of your dealerships warranty processing activities. If your dealership's computer system allows, we will dial into your dealership and code claims. If you dealership computer system does not allow warranty claims to be closed separately we will process claims from your warranty copy. Do you know who much it costs your dealership to process your warranty claims? Most dealerships never think about how much it cost to recover warranty only about what is on the receivables schedule. If you take the the total amount of claims that were paid last month and divide it by the salary you paid you can find the percentage that you are currently paying for claims processing. If it is a full time person processing claims remember to add in actual cost, ie taxes, vacation and holiday time. NWLLC only charges for claims that are paid. You dont pay anything if claim is errored only for paid claims. It is in our best interest to pay claims as quickly and for as much as possible. NWLLC is a vendor not an employee, you dont pay taxes, training, vacation or any of the usual expenses related with an employee, we may actually be a write off, check with your tax advisor. With NWLLC you get the experience of a full time warranty administrator at a cost less than a part time warranty clerk. Why wait to be audited? Northwoods Warranty LLC offers an audit service, where we will review repair orders, supporting documentation and provide you with results. With this infomation you can adjust your current processes to make sure your dealership would survive a factory audit. I think you would agree it would be better to know what your dealerships potential problem areas are before your have to write a check to the manufacturer. Many manufactuers can charge you up to 10 times what they find. They figure if you do it once you must have done it at least 10 times. Advantages of Full Time Warranty Service There are seveal advantages of using Northwoods Warranty LLC over using a person at your dealership. We do nothing but process warranty. We are not interupted by other departments, customers or other tasks. We have time to research latest TSBs, service bulletins and make sure your claims are being processed according to the policies and procedures put in place by the manufacturer.
