Northwoods Warranty was founded in 2002 by Kurt Lyons. We offer the advantages of a full service warranty administrator with a pay as you go cost. We are a family owned and operated business located in Millinocket, Maine. We are approximately 1 hour north of Bangor, Me and at the gateway to Baxter State Park. Mount Katahdin, Maine’s highest mountain is located within Baxter State Park. We are also surrounded by lakes and rivers. Since we process claims via the internet our physical location is irrelevant. We have clients located within the state of Maine but a majority of our clients are located throughout New England. We use HP computers and servers for all our business and personal computing needs. We also use Microsoft Office 2007 for everything from email to our custom designed Access Database that contains our Electronic Warranty Claim Tracking System.
